Re: Pseudotumour Cerebri - Headaches, Vision Loss/Double Vision, Body pain.

I have had a lot of your symptoms. I had my Mirena IUD put in after my daughter was born in dec. 2004. I started to have symptoms in july of this year with vertigo, blurred vision the worst migraines I have ever had,fog head, also it felt like nerves in my head and parts of my body are vibrating. I had went to my family dr. who thought I was crazy and all he wanted to do is medicate me but one good thing was he sent me to a ear specialist because of the vertigo who has been great. I have spent alot of time and money going to different drs. and tests. I have had a MRI and went to a neurolgist I told them that I beleive my IUD is making me sick they all said it can't be. I had family visiting from a different country and we were talking about my IUD and how I have not had a period in almost 4 years she told me it is illegal in her country and the next day I had it taken out. My OB Gyn took blood right before she took it out. It is now been 13 days and I am almost symptom free. My migraines have gone my blurry vision is gone I still have some of the vibrating but it has gone down alot I know for a fact it was making me sick. I just wish now I would quit bleeding. Good luck !!!
