I believe the year was 1995.
My honeymoon with Jewish Renewal was over.
Jewish Renewal is a Kabbalistically oriented movement
in Judaism, the place where the New Age kinda of Mystics hang out..

Check out his Prison Ashram project...
I met this many years ago and had a healing
experience with him. He is a very generous
man with his time. Look HIm him on the web.
He is doing some remarkable things with prisoners,
having them see doing time as being in an Ashram.

Just finished a new back side
for ”Love Her Always” Love Cure #5
of the Seven Love Cures.
Gave more writing room for a message
and was able to put a art like ’posterized”
photo as a background behind the writing area.
I have my blinders on.
I haven’t checked emails today.
Going to print and laminate a couple
couples while Mail Boxes is still open.
Not wanting to think of troubling thoughts.

Good solid rain last night,
first in a long time.
I spent the night out of the house last night,
just catching up on some rest with Kathy.
We were both tired. That was all she wrote.
Just back from Mail Boxes Express.
Lou and Jordan working this day.
I printed up the first copy of
”Love Her Always” on a new photo background
of orange blossoms.
There is a cup on my desk
that was a gift from the Valentine’s Party
last Sunday.
The words say I Love You Forever.

Got off the phone with a delightful
woman from Seattle who very much appreciated
the detailed description of this living situation
that is listed on Craig’s List.
I got off the phone and saw the contrast of how
incredibly stressed I have been night and day.
Who can live like this?
I called my Co-owner on the phone.
She was in Hawaii at an education conference.
I told her we had to stay in touch about what kind
of change we can make here. She wants money out.
I am not into moving as far as I can see.
I do not know how to make a purchase happen.

I was hungry and just ate some ripe banana’s
and a ceramoya from our own trees for breakfast.
Super sweet Ceramoya! The best!
Hope you get a chance to grow some food too this year.
Good to be thinking of something other than the stresses

Live in San Diego, about two miles from a 35,000 person
university, and there are coyote’s that yelp in our canyon
when the fire engines go by.

I see a way to improve my financial record keeping.
Oh, I see!
I can create more and more accounts
where I can instantly see the balance
for sales....and costs for The Love Cures.
That would be good, and simplify things.
Working with the money numbers always has
stressed me and help back my progress.
Now I see, I can learn to run a report
leaving out the transfers, and enter amounts.
Experiment with this Leslie!
It will make a difference.
Come alive in Left Brain structures.

I see a new exciting laminated Post Card
for photos that can be used as gifts for the OTA
and the Mark Victor Hansen marketing seminar.
Had a brilliant idea that is going to make a difference!
I was thinking of the new format of laminating The Seven
Love Cures, and how I would like to make a new back
that goes with the Super Ripe Photos.
I would like to learn how to create a Logo and merge
layers in Photoshop elements.
I took Arnica Montana 30 x Boiron and that really works
to give my body a sense of easier movement.
I highly recommend this for releasing muscle tension.
I am amazed how resilent my body is.

Caring for my own heart...

Up early---felt to get out of bed around six but stayed
there, until I could feel that if I stayed in bed much longer
the monster heart pain might return from the depths.
Kind of afraid to express the feelings this morning,
what kind of care do we need to give to our own heart?
Friend Morea still in Washington D.C.speaks to breaking up
years ago and a pain so deep it went all the way to her
back and felt as if it would break the sternum.
She says care for your own heart physical when the emotions
are hurting like this.
