I was just looking on the web for the story
of Rosemary Landry, a successful singer
and actress.
She has adopted more than 43 kids
with disabilities.
I found out about her from Ralph Bronner,
son of Dr. Bronner.
Ralph and the family are fulfilling their dads
dream to ”help spaceship earth” and its people.”
All her children have special needs.
She is one of 25 charaties helped by the Bronner family.
My spirit is asking me to step out and stand up to
help others with disabilities through sharing my own story
more openly.

In the old days, there was some discussion
that Dr. Bronner's peppermint soap could
be used as a natural birth control. I am
not sure, but the label sure is interesting
to read. Enjoy!

I would not go so far as to say that this works,
but in my old hippy days, there were actually
talk that if you used this soap internally you
could shift the chemistry in the birth canal.
I remember some controversy when Dr. Bronner
was alive about this. He once said it was possible
to use his Peppermint Soap as a birth control!!!

I spent 24 hours down at the Optimum Health Institute
San Diego between Friday and late Saturday.
My niece Eva was staying in a Townhouse, and the
other Townhouse mate, a regular at OHI, left early.
There was a bed for me, and when Eva went to the office
to let them no I would be staying there, there was
no admin person she could ask if this was o.k.
As the woman who does colonics said
at breakfast, ”It was meant to be.”
The OHI was started by a wonderful woman.

Down at the Optimum Health Institute
the last 24 hours, I ran into some missionary
Christians with a lot of zeal. They were
all on a raw food regimen for the week.
I wanted to make sure they knew about
Edmond Bordeux Szekely’s Essene Gospel of
Peace. The book was still $1.00. I bought them
a copy in the OHi Bookstore.
Have you read this classic that was
responsible for inspiring many to go vegetarian
as well as raw during the 20th Century?

the San Diego Raw Food Detox Center.
I felt sick while being there, and not totally

Home from the Optimum Health Institute,
the premeir detoxification center here in San Diego
where guests spend a week or weeks
learning all about detox through raw foods.
My niece is going through a life changing
experience there this past week. She invited
me to come down last night and visit.
Turned out she was staying in a town house,

O.K.
New Housemate Angelene has a clean carpet
in our prettiest room. She has painted the walls
light blue. She is going to raise the vibration
of the place.
I was up writing a lot the night before,
and got the OTA photos into the Photo Lab.

I am having a sore throat and some
runny nose. I have had flu symtoms last week.
I made it worse eating a whole bag of
Newman’s health ”oreo’s” yesterday
and some of those Rasberry tarts that
my friend Debra St. Claire puts out.
I love those tarts and on occasion
I eat those Newman’s cookies that remind
me of Oreo’s.
There is still a lot of sugar in them.
If you want to make a cold worse,
be sure to eat a bag of Newman’s cookies
and those tarts.
Generally, If I do not have cold symtoms,
I can get away with eating some of those foods.

I had flu symptoms
the day before I left for the Natural Product
Expo West last week.
I had a photo assignment
the last Thursday night, the day after
I left. I could not afford to get sick.
I took by cold remedies of choice.
They are Boiron’s
Occillococcinum.
This is a homeopathic that is available
at Whole Foods Markets and other health
food stores. It belongs in every drug store,
so ask for it by name.
