Got in some yucky energy yesterday
about negotiting for photos after they were taken.
Spent the day, working out a complete from this end.
The Yucky Energy must be in my Field,
because the Photo Gallery does not appear to be
functioning as I would like.
I felt the there was a higher Value for the work
so I proposed what I would do for more funds.
Part of this worked out, another person had some issues.
I have another project I need to move on to.

Had an impactful event happen yesterday.
I will write abour it soon.
It has brought some good Growth material to the Surface.
There are another three things
I want to write about.
1. The first is Making Myself Sick.
2. The Second is Deciding I do not want to do this anymore.
3. The Third is my Obligation to the Work of my Life Thus far.
4. The Fourth is about an Experience I want to have at the Upcoming

Social activity latenight in the living room
caught me off gaurd. P and Scott were playing,
and Anna drumming sometime after 9:30 PM.
It went on for an hour. Part of me wanted to go out
and join in. I hadn’t seen P for days and days and would
have liked to coonect. I went out and stood around for
a a minute or so. I went back in my room.
I woke up beating myself up. I wish I had connected
or gotten a chair and just sat down and waited for my energy
to integrate. P. asked me if the music was disturbing me last night.

or something like that. The idea was Sleeping
through it all.

I am having difficulty getting out of bed
in the morning. There seems too much to do.
I can hardly do any of it.

Spending the morning planting KEEP the BEET Media Star,

How to be kind to myself?
That is the question I am asking this morning.
I did not sleep well.
I got up around 3 and wrote for some hours.
The writing was clear and directive,
as far as ways to pull out the Pacific Symposium,
an event that runs from November 5-10.
Set up is November 4, Tuesday, in the evening,
or the next day.
How do be kind to myself now?
Warren, a kind man, an excellent practitioner,
