This is my 61st Birthday.
I want to live this day consciously.
I want to set a Tone for the next year.
Dr. Bernard Jensen introduced me to the work
of Alexis Carrel. the Nobel Prize Winner, many years ago.
There was at least one copy of his book

Clean up Quick!!!!
There was a piece on HOLLYWOOD GOES GREEN
on our Corkboard in the Hallway.
It was up there for a few days.
It was misaddressed to Jacob Goldman
at this address.
I presume I am Jacob Goldman.
I am very interested in the event!!!!
I had a vision during the night.
I was doing some kind of Essene Event.
Gabriel Cousens was there. Then I a created the Sacred Space
and had everyone come in close and hold hands.

Wrote about the healing we received here
through the visit of Shannon Foley,
the BEET KEEPER of Cocolalla, Idaho
last Tuesday.
Shannon played hooky a little bit
from Giovanni’s Workshop to take an extended
lunch. I picked her up and brought her here to
the Enchanted Garden Intentional Community.
She said that her visit was one of the highlights
of her stay in San Diego. That felt good!
Shannon joined the Enchanted Garden Club
early on in the conference. That was a healing for me.

Chef Jem communicated a need
for helpers for the Great Earth Cleanup now Showing!!!!
He was saying how working with others builds community.
I woke up during the middle of the night
and did some deleting of emails.
I found this lovely photo from the Spring 08.
I was doing a KEEP the BEET Media Star presentation
that was recorded at the Earth Day put on by the great
SDSU group called E3.

Been using Kefir Grass the last three days.
I find it delicious and it seems to be making a difference.
We add wheatgrass and or I add Vitamineral Powder
and some Bee Polen.

I have been using Kefir
the last number of days.
Chef Jem is making it and adding wheatgrass,
most of the time.
We are using the wheatgrass that was at the Pacific Symposium 08.
Lots of people felt the energy and gave it some energy.
It was a major hit.

Spending time with Shannon Foley,
New BEET KEEPER of Cocolalla, Idaho, was a highlight last week.
A number of us living here at the Enchanted Garden
Intentional Community have been feeling overwhelmed
by our Immense Clutter that came out of the Basement
and is now stored in our backyard.
I worked with my Clutter for about five weeks.
It was so easy to get absorbed in little bits and pieces
that came alive with energy.
She inspired a new way to view our clutter.
She left a message on the board in our Hallway

Sunday eve. Dark.
If I could find my flashlight I would go out and water
KEEP the BEET. I had it last night in the EG Mobile
up at Hidden Valley Spa.
It gets dark early. This is the third day I took
Original Quinton Marine Plasma. I did one Hypertonic this morning.
What else did I eat today?
I had some of Chef Jems Kefir but there was no wheatgrass
so I mixed in some of Jameth’s Vitamineral Green powder.
I took some Amino Activ to get going.

It is a Triumph of Life that we are each created to be Storytellers.
We each create Profound Stories.
Then we Live in them.
In my old days at Harpos Health House by the Sea (1974-1976),
