Misplaced Things....feeling disconcerted.
Need to pull some things together at the seams.

Sunday eve. Dark.
If I could find my flashlight I would go out and water
KEEP the BEET. I had it last night in the EG Mobile
up at Hidden Valley Spa.
It gets dark early. This is the third day I took
Original Quinton Marine Plasma. I did one Hypertonic this morning.
What else did I eat today?
I had some of Chef Jems Kefir but there was no wheatgrass
so I mixed in some of Jameth's Vitamineral Green powder.
I took some Amino Activ to get going.
I had in mind to get some things for a Pizza night
for Tuesday likely. JR had tomatoes. I got some mushrooms
from the lady across the way. I got some fresh bee pollen
from Robert for myself.
I would like to clear some things in my room.
Easy to get buried under requests to make Basement Progress.
I feel I have my hands full. It is a recovery day.
I went to Whole Foods after the FM.
Ray was sick...bronchitis.
I lost my favorite Yellow Hat last week
on the final day of the Pac Sym,
the one I wear all the time that says "Whole Kids"
It is a WFM hat. I like myself in yellow.
Stomach feels heavy. I was hungry at WFM and ate
something I would not normally eat.
Bowel was behaving pretty well. I can say there is some
improvement.
Ray said it was the last hat.
Maybe Hoe Guy Hats has one....
I will look it up.
It would be good to slow down a bit now.
I am tired.
It would also be good to clear a few things so not to feel buried.
There is still a note from Shannon Foley on the board.
I better take a photo before it gets erased.
My desk is full and messy.
I am putting a period on the work of last week.
I requested more Original Quinton from Ron, the assistant to Robert.
Robert is in Spain. I am taking one vial on the morning of the Hypertonic.
It would be good to take one isotonic before bed....that I sense would be calming.
I thought I might activate SEEDING OUR DREAMS
gifting at the FM, but I did not have the energy for it.
I got foods for the Birthday focus this week.
Eve is still under the weather. So is N caughing.
A#1 caughs regularly.
I would like to get something up on Shannon Foley,
and find the Proposed Clutter Museum Tickets.
Those are also misplaced.
When I misplace things, I feel disconcerted.
I would like to upload some photos of Shannon Foley,
the BEET KEEPER of Idaho...
Binding my Book together would be good,,,the things from
Pac Sym 08.
