She didn't lose any pounds, per se, as she is very petite to begin with. What she lost was inches - almost 3 inches overall. She went from looking 2-3 months pregnant, to having a barely noticeable bump.

I want to point out that this was NOT her goal when using the castor oil pack - to lose her belly - as she was not aware it would produce this effect. She only used it as she was having discomfort due to her period. The deflating of her belly was a nice bonus. I have received a ton of feedback on this as to why this did occur. They are all great responses. But I cannot say for sure why this happened to her. She is just glad it did.
