I noticed this is a very old post but I like to add my own experience. I have been using castor oil for more than a year now. A lot of good happened but recently on my previous liver flush, I used castor oil pack just before I took the oil and juice potion. Then immediately I have to run to the bath room. Wow! what a relief. After taking the oil and juice potion, went to sleep, and I kept the castor oil pack over night. When I woke up in the morning usually I will be tired but not this time. Some thing to do with the castor oil helping the lymph nodes to do better job in eliminating toxins, I think.
