I can only make suggestions and wonder if you are dumping? Gastric dumping can cause a diabetic response with drops in Sugar levels, low blood pressure, headaches and vomiting. It is caused by the stomach emptying too quickly. It has two phases, early dumping 30 minutes after eating and late about 2 to 3 hours later. Although it is normally associated with gastric surgery, it can just happen.
