Hello. I just wanted you to know that this post helped me. I tried many of things you suggested, along with some other things too. I had one ultrasound that showed sludge. A later scan showed nothing. So I would consider that objective proof that I cleared the sludge. It was a long road (two years) with plenty of pain, but I am fine now. So thanks for posting these suggestions. Gigi
