I made it to the 14 day point and have decided to break my fast today, day 15.  This has truely been a life changing experience and something I will incorporate into my lifestyle in the future.  Since beginning this journey on June 17th with all the pre-cleanses, I weighed in at 227 lbs.  This morning the weight was 197 lbs.   There is still a bit to go to my goal weight but no worries as I know I will get there.  Ultimately, I am convinced that this journey has improved my health and shown me a better way to deal with health related issues.

Over the next couple of days, I will slowly come off the fast and will begin a heavy metal detox on Thursday.  That protocol will take one week.  This is something that my local naturopath prepared.  I will also resume my parasite cleanse on Thursday and stay with that for the next eight weeks, after which I will switch to a maintanence program of once a week.  I will also do a liver flush next week and will continue the flushes once a month until my next master cleanse on October 15th.  In the mean time, I will do some shorter juice fasts of 3-5 days once I return to Germany on August 7th.  I think I will keep the blog going for a while if you don't mind and continue to detail my results as I progress in this journey.  Thanks for all the support during my first master cleanse, but definately not my last.  I wish my fellow cleansers a successful journey.

Affirmations  

The words we speak and think hold great sway over the kind of life that we create for ourselves. Many people live their lives plagued by negative thoughts and never even realize this. They tell themselves and others that they are doomed to fail, not good enough, or not worthy of love, yet they are amazed when their reality starts reflecting these words. Just as the subconscious mind accepts as truth the critical statements we tell ourselves, however, it is also equipped to instantly accept the veracity of our affirmations.

Affirmations are a powerful tool for creating our desired reality. We consciously and subconsciously invite opportunity into our lives when we say affirmations. Trust in the power of your affirmations, and you will very quickly create what you have already stated to be true.
