It is day 6 and things continue to go well for me.  I did have some difficulty getting off to sleep last night for some reason, but I eventually dozed off to dreamland.  This morning, I noticed that the inside of my bottom lip is a bit tender.  I am not sure what is causing this, other then perhaps toxins being expelled out of my body. 

I was up early this morning to help my Dad at his other house on the island.  It's a large property, two acres, and I get a bit stressed when he tries to take on too much.  Granted, he's in good health, but at the same time, he's still 71 years of age.  I had a good three and a half hour workout raking up lawn clippings from last Saturdays effort to knock down the overgrowth.  I was a bit concerned if I would hold up okay as it has now been five days without food, but I was fine.  I actually feel really good now as I type this.  Not much else to report today.  I wish my fellow cleansers and self-healers out there an outstanding Saturday.

Broadening Your Horizons

We can achieve greater growth and advancement in our lives by choosing to focus our attention and efforts on broadening our horizons.

Instead of feeling stuck in stagnation and boredom, we can choose to explore new avenues of growth, education, and self-improvement. When we do so, we lift ourselves above the mundane. By taking interest in a new path of learning or opportunities for growth, we can infuse our lives with more excitement, fun, progress, and, ultimately, success.

Just as we have control over our attitude and mind-set, we can also choose our level of curiosity and interest in the world around us. As we focus our energy on expansion and growth today, we can broaden our horizons and create a life of meaning, fulfilment, and ongoing progress.
