Day 3...Pushing Past My Fears
Day 3...Pushing past my fears.
Date: 7/5/2006 4:56:17 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2249 times Well...It's day 3 and things are going well. I am amazing myself that I am able to do this, being that it is the first fast I have ever done in my life. Having read many posts where people expressed difficulties, especially during the first three days, I am pushing past my fears. I have not really experienced any problems so far. I haven't had any real hunger pangs but I have had a few cravings, however, they went away rather quickly. Additionally, the release of toxins hasn't adversely affected me so far. Frankly, I feel good. I am of the belief that the reason this is going well so far is that I took the time to do a colon cleanse using Oxy-powder for two weeks prior to beginning the master cleanse, as well as doing a parasite cleanse using Clarkia, and a liver flush following Dr. Hulda Clark's protocol. Just my thoughts.
One thing I have noticed the last two days is that my first bowel movement has occurred around 5 am, prior to me doing the morning salt-water flush. I have to attribute this to the Smooth Move lax tea I am drinking at night. Having done the colon cleanse, I thought I was pretty well cleaned out, but the lemonade coupled with 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne per drink, has really loosened up some mud inside of me. Those 5 am bowel movements are rather solid and stink to high heaven. Sorry to be so graphic. I have to believe that it is old fecal matter that is being loosened from the inside of my intestines and colon. Bottom line, despite the horrific smell, I am so glad to get the diseased gunk out of my body. There is no telling what effect this has been having on me physically, as it was just festering inside of me. I still have the butt pee after drinking my morning cocktail of salt and water, but I am so happy to expel this other mud out of my body. As a result of the last two days, I have decided to up my intake of cayenne to 1/2 teaspoon per 10 oz lemonade. WARNING!!! This is not for the faint of heart. So far I have suffered no ill effects from the amount of cayenne I have been ingesting, other than the fact that it is a bit spicy in the mouth. I have suffered no stomach problems or ill effects when it comes out the other end in the morning. Today my head is clearer then it has been in a long time and I really do feel great.
Thought For The Day
By pushing ourselves gently but firmly out of our comfort zones, we can gain the courage and strength to achieve more growth and progress in our lives. When we are able to move past our fears, we often discover that they are groundless.
While we often fear change on many levels, we can choose to see change as exciting and empowering rather than frightening and overwhelming. If we can gather the courage to take one small step, our confidence grows, and we feel more willing to take larger risks, reach for higher achievements, We can achieve much success, abundance, and confidence, and benefit in bigger ways.
Peace and happiness
