The Game Plan

How I plan to proceed with all of this being a first time cleanser.

I began this journey about two months ago when I stumbled across the cure zone. Rather than jump into something that sounded really good, I opted to read as much as possible in order to make an informed decision. I believe this was benefical in putting together a plan that I thought was best for me. Prior to returning to the U.S. last Saturday, 6/17 (I live and work in Germany), I ordered basically everything I felt I needed online and had it delivered to the house where I would be spending the summer. My initial order consisted of the following:

Oxypowder 120 ct.
Clarkia 4 oz.
CoQ10 400 mg, 30 ct.
Oil of Oregano 2 oz.
Olive leaf 150 mg, 60 ct.
Malic Acid 825 mg, 180 ct. (only size available at the time)
Ornithine 500 mg, 60 ct.
1 lb. epsom salt
1 lb. sea salt
1 box smooth move tea 16 ct.
cayenne pepper
lemons
lots of spring water

I began taking the oxypowder on Sunday, 6/17, and will do a 14 day regemin. I began the clarkia on 6/18 and will also do a 14 day regemin. I started taking the oregano oil and olive leaf on 6/19 and will continue until I begin the Master Cleanse on July 5th. I took the CoQ10 on 6/23 and 6/24. On 6/25, I began taking the malic acid and will do that for the next seven days until my first ever liver flush on 7/1. Additionally, I have been drinking four to five quarts of lemon water everyday to get the kidneys working properly.

In my next post I will detail the amount I have been taking and the results so far.
