The day of the liver flush!!!
Today is the day of my first liver flush.
Date: 6/29/2006 10:43:46 AM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2834 times Greetings...Today is the big day, my first ever liver flush. I am so ready to do this, especially after the results I have achieved doing the colon and parasite cleanses.
Yesterday, I only ate fruit and two pieces of whole grain bread with a bit of jam on it. Two observations. Number one, I am realizing that I have an addiction to food. I have read many posts where different individuals have referred to their addiction to food and I am coming to the realization that I fall into that group as well. Secondly, despite eating fairly light yesterday, I had four large bowel movements this morning. Where is all this gunk coming from??? Additionally, there were large amounts of dead parasites in all my movements this morning, despite the fact that I didn't take the parasite tincture yesterday, as directed by the Clark liver flush protocal. I really want to get these buggers out of my body!
I did a sort of inventory this morning as to where I have lived and how this parasite issue could have gotten so bad. I am 47 years old and have lived in Europe for 12 years and Asia for 14 years. There is no doubt, now that I think about it, that I was exposed to many many unclean situations, especially during my time in Asia, which was up until two years ago. I'll just have to stay with the parasite cleanse for awhile until I feel the situation is under control.
As for today, I will eat only fruit up until 2 pm, and take 2400 mg of Malic acid this morning and at noon. I will use the Clark liver flush protocal tonight and add a bit of tumeric and ginger to the mixture. This comes from reading alot of Telman's post on the liver flush forum. This individual has done 26 flushes I believe and has an extensive knowledge on the subject. I will post my results tomorrow. I actually bought a cheap colander at the dollar store and may use it to see the results of the liver flush. If something interesting is expelled, perhaps I'll take a picture and post it.
View all problems as challenges.
