Week 9 results
Some sore muscles this week
Date: 3/2/2009 2:41:09 AM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 1932 times Well, it's been yet another week and I saw a two-pound loss for the week. It was kind of a wierd week for me as I felt all week that I was starting to plateau, despite the fact I dropped two-pounds. As I said last week, I have seriously increased the amount of weight in my strength training and I felt it in my muscles this last week, especially in my traps and pecs. The good news is that I am starting to see some good definition in my arms, shoulders, and chest. Additionally, my abdomen is receding and I'm starting to see a nice V shape from my back to my waist. This is always a good source of motivation when you can visually see the results of all the hard work. I think this week I will scale back a bit on the treadmill because I feel as if I may be over-training. I'll try it for a week and see how it goes. In last weeks posting, I forgot to include my week eight measurements for my waist and stomach. I'll add that this week as well as the weekly results.
