Day 13 and 14 and getting stronger everyday
Proper hydration is essential! Drink that water baby!
Date: 1/23/2008 10:52:42 PM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 1660 times I didn’t get to post yesterday! So busy! I host a real estate networking group and I had a meeting. The fast went well yesterday as it did today. The clarity I am experiencing is fabulous! I haven’t been hungry but I realized that I get headaches if I don’t drink enough water...so I try to stay ahead of the game.
Today I woke at 6 am... so I decided that I must be waking up this early for a reason so I wrote for about an hour then exercised. I actually exercised early in the morning. I felt great afterward and I want to remember that feeling so I can keep myself motivated… remember we are now living life at a new level of accountability.
Afterward I went to my Wednesday real estate meeting then to colonics. Colonics was interesting… nothing major emerged but I know I got a good “cleaning out” because I could hold the water for a long time… I will spare you the rest of the details!
I will tell you what really got me. I did the infrared sauna afterward and fell asleep. I call myself trying a little meditation… when I woke up... I could barely put my clothes on! I felt clean and my skin is GLOWING!! I struggled getting dressed then I staggered to the waiting room. I drank my emergen-C and fell asleep! I don’t know for how long but there was NO WAY I could drive in my condition. After I napped, I drove to an appointment. I was so drained I was acting like a total B!t@h! After drinking half a gallon of water I realized I hadn’t had any water 2 hours before having my session then the sauna just wiped me out…. I was not properly hydrated. That was a lesson learned! I finally pulled it together and go t some work done then had a law of attraction networking meeting.
I was a little sleepy but I made it thru. We talked about telling people your intentions to assist in your goals for the purpose of accountability. If you have read my earlier post, you would know that accountability is a theme in my life right now. God is speaking loud and clear!
I love this wonderful group of loving and supportive people. We teach and learn from one another and just have a damn good time. The meeting was held at the place where I have colonics called the Midtown Atlanta Wellness Center. The owner saw me and told me she can tell I have lost weight and I was glowing! I hadn’t noticed anything really… of course I want to lose weight but detoxing and spirituality are my top priorities. Nonetheless, she made me feel good!
I must say that my clothes are fitting better and overall I am just happy. I am going to see this all the way thru and I am appreciating the process.
I want to try a yoga class too! I love the idea of being healthy AND flexible! :0)
