Trulioness, you have some great posts. Congrats on your journey. To go that long on a fast is something only 1/10th of 1/10th of 1% of the earth's population can accomplish. Your lie will be forever changed.
I am an avid runner and have done several marathons and was always amazed by people who would tell me they could never do that. I told them you can. It was only the fear of the unknown that holds you back.
In your "new life after fast" you might try eating just raw. It is not that hard. I am doing now for about 45 days (I cant say I am 100% raw...but pretty darn close). Go to
http://www.superchargeme.com.
This lady documented her 30 day raw fast (kinda the opposite of Supersize Me- which was a documentary about Morgan Spurlock eating at McDonald's for 30 days). Anyway, I bought her documentary which I used to get me started.
What you have accomplished is amazing. Best to you Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
