Day 12 and I ROCK!!!
Talk about RELEASING!!!! :-)
Date: 1/21/2008 10:10:35 PM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 2724 times Day 12. My energy is up YEAHH. I like this feeling. I have found that if I stay up for long hours…. I am talking about more than half the day depending on what I have going on… I will have thoughts like I am hungry. The things is I am NOT hungry, I think it is more like the act of eating that we are used to, once I drink a nice tall glass of water I am fine.
I actually did go to the store today and buy an enema. Before taking it, I felt fine but after reading others blogs, people were talking about taking them every day. So I did “my thang” and wow..after taking it .. I DID MY THANG! All I can say is thank goodness for enemas. It was worth it. I didn’t feel bad but damn did I feel better after! I also bought some E-mergency.. (you know what I mean) the liquid vitamin drink. I felt it would be cool because it is packed full of good stuff and that is what they give you after a colonic to replenish you with electrolytes. Now I know better, enemas will be a regular thing while I am going thru this process.
Enough about that…. I have relaxed most of the evening and have been drinking only water and felt fine. While at the grocery store, I saw cookies, cakes, fruit..just plain FOOD.. but it didn’t bother me one bit. I didn’t get hungry and I didn’t have that yearning feeling. I was at peace… and that feeling is priceless. That is the feeling I was going for.
One thing I have noticed is that throughout this fast, I have become so much more emotional and so much more aware. Its not a bad emotional feeling, but it is like I am now FEELING everything I have tried to stuff down or not acknowledge. Every fear I have had about myself is being presented to me and I have a choice to make… and I am willing to let go of the illusion of what is not real to experience the truth.
Another thing is that when I turn of the TV, movie…. even walk on the room to hear the tail end of a commercial telling me “It is not what you do, it is who you are being.” I have to laugh. Every movie I have had the chance to catch has had the element of “never giving up and living your dreams.” I am thinking wow…..if this is not guidance, I don’t know what is.!!!!
I truly am gaining a new level of clarity.
I know I am getting exactly what I prayed for and I must be thankful for that. I continue to pray for strength, wisdom and courage.
