Hi Folks,
I want to try doing a colema, where could I buy a colema board online? Has anyone found a colema beneficial after a liver flush?
Thanks

Technically, the original Colema board is THE Colema Board, from colema boards of California, which is what I chose to buy, and I opted for the Deluxe model because it’s easier to clean and more comfortable (it’s wider, plus it comes with a foam comfort pad)
I surfed all over the web for at least an hour seeking out the best price, and www.therawworld.com is numero uno, plus they’re service is always good. I highly recommend getting the reusable stainless steel tip as well, since buying a new plastic tip with each colema session would get pretty expensive.
And just in case you didn’t ...

I want to do a liver flush, but read in Andreas Moritz’ book that I would need a colema board aftewards to free my colon from left over gallstones stuck in there. I bought a 2 qt douche/enema kit from duane reade as an alternative to a colema board. My bathroom is too tiny for a colema board. Will the enema kit that I bought do the job of flushing gallstones from my colon? If it won’t, can someone tell me of a good at-home alternative to a colema board.

Enemas will not completely fill up the colon and clean it out effectively. Colemas are very similar to colonics, and are a wise investment if you plan on doing a lot of colon cleansing.
The enema is like a plastic bag/bottle with tubing. The colema board is a complete apparatus, with a board tubing, bucket etc.
The colema board may be 3 x as much in price, but is 100 x better then the enema....

Colema Board vs. High Enema

Hello everyone,

If I understand correctly, when using the colema board, the tube (or whatever it’s called) is only inserted a few inches, whereas when doing a high enema, the tube (which is much longer) is inserted much deeper. The other difference seems to be that when using the colema board, far more water is being used as opposed to the high enema. - So I am asking myself, which system is cleaning out the ...

what is so special about a colema board? can I just lay on a board the size of my body over a bucket and attach a tube with a tip to a bucket and use an enema laying flat on a homemade board? is there anything special about a colema board that you bought? what is different besides the amount of water in the bag, because I can pour about 1/2 gallon in mine? how much do you need fo fill the entire bowel?

Is the board working and have you heard whether Ace Hardware tubing can be used and how? You are saying that you used the tubing at V.E. Irons’ Colema Board site?
Also, I read another post that mentioned the following site for an alternative to the Colema Board at:

What might your ”take” be on the effectiveness of this system (only $30 all-told for the hardware)...

HI Andreas;
I recently purchased a colema board after recieving much input from people. I was going to be using about 4 litres of bottled mineral water with some added ”oxygen elements plus” each time I do a colema - Is that alright?
Another thing I’d like to ask is, How often should I be doing colema boards. I am only 18 so I don’t want to be dependant on it or anything. I was thinking maybe do colason BEFORE the flush, then do the colema board AFTER the flush. Does that sound like a good plan?
Thanks Andreas!

I looked around at a lot of online places. To me it seem less embarassing than going into a real store. I ended up buying a Deluxe Colema Board like the blue one listed at: http://www.colema-boards.com/. I didn’t purchase from them, I actually bought mine brand new on eBay of all places. I paid $190 plus shipping. I got the board, the tubing, 2 disposable inserts, and the comfort pad.
Let me know if you want contact info for the seller.

That is so cool that your wife is a colon hydrotherapist! How can I get certified? But in the menatime, think you can give a girl some pointers on using my homemade colema board? (LOL)
I don’t have the audio tape you normally get with the colema boards so I have to go on what I remembered when I did get a professional colonic and some drawn up instructions from other websites.

Re: the ways of water- a question
by Andreas Moritz 21 y
Dear Steven,
Enemas don’t reach the entire colon, which is especially necessary for after the liver cleanse (to remove any trapped stones). The next best alternative to a colonic is use of a colema board (you can get a colema board nowadays for less than $130, and they last forever). Ideally, you do one on the day of the liver flush, and another one within three days after the flush). Spring water is fine.
With kind regards,
Andreas

Hello Jeni,
I’t better not to replace a colonic with epsom salt after the liver cleanse, you would not get the same effect as a colonic. I know that Andreas often stresses the importance of doing a colonic 2-3 days after the liver cleanse. Stones can get trapped in the colon and can affect the thyroid, cause infections and headaches. If you can’t afford colonics a colema board is a good alternative. You can get the original colema board at at www.amenhealth.com for under $140.00. And third, if you can’t afford the colema board, you can try a coffee enema followed by a water enema or ...

I was just wondering if someone would like to put out a picture of a homemade colema board so that I and others can get an idea about the result!! I would be really greatfull!!!

Hi Loren86, please don’t cancel your upcoming colonic! Even if you have just one session it will be a far better start than none, especially since you have a Colema board on the way.
With the Colema board you will be able to cleanse your colon at your own pace, and eventually it will help you empty your colon from your rectum to the cecum (the upper end of the colon where it connects to the small intestine).
In the meantime, if you don’t already have an enema bag, I suggest you purchase one, and take a daily full bag cleansing enema until you go for your colonic.

You want to remove the mucus lining of the large intestine which can usually be accomplished with one or two of Bernard Jensen’s 7 day fast and Colema Board protocol.
The protocol is layed out in the book The Tao of Health and Longevity (Reid), or Dr. Jensons book Tissue Cleansing Through Bowel Management.
This protocol will get the job done, and get it done right. You want to remove the mucus lining and everything, or critter that clings to it. Once that is removed you are then right down to fresh healthy colon walls and ready for a parasite cleanse (and liver flushing).

I just bought a colema board. I was wondering if it is still beneficial to keep an enema bag around for coffee enemas? Should I put the coffee in the colema water?
Wouldn’t diluting the coffee in 5 gallons of water defeat the liver cleansing benefits? If you are taking caffinated coffee into your small intestine wouldn’t it be absorbed?
The colema board didn’t come with much information. Is there a web site out there with more detailed information?

Enemas don’t go as deep. The only comparison to a colonic is a colema. You can buy a colema board and do it at home. The price is kind of equal as you would pay for 2 colonics.
You can google it and some sites have a video about it.
I like my colema board but I find I use it less, because I like the cleaning of the oxypowder. And now I am trying the LLB I bought from The Barefoot Herbalist.
I like to clean the small intestines as well as the large bowel.

The 24 hours for the pril beads is only the 1st time.
It is a small bag you put in a gallon of water (glass jar)and when it is ready (after 1 hour), you pour off 3/4.
You can use plastic bottles then.
To the 1/4 that’s left you add water to bring it back up
to 1 gallon. After 1 hour you will have a new 3/4 gallon.
The colema board is 2nd best to a colonic. Price wise the colema board is 2x the price of a colonic.

Hi solmare, It’s a matter of personal preference. I prefer the high enema with a large bag or bucket and a colon tube. I feel that I get a better cleansing with this than a colema board. My explanation, this is mine and others may have other explanations, is that a high enema allows me to take lots more fluid with each fill than with a colema board where when I get an urge I stop the flow and release the liquid so that I don’t believe that I get more than a quart in each time.
