alternatives to Colema board

I want to do a Liver Flush, but read in Andreas Moritz ' book that I would need a colema board aftewards to free my colon from left over Gallstones stuck in there. I bought a 2 qt douche/enema kit from duane reade as an alternative to a colema board. My bathroom is too tiny for a colema board. Will the enema kit that I bought do the job of flushing gallstones from my colon? If it won't, can someone tell me of a good at-home alternative to a colema board.
