colema board vs. high enema
Hello MH and forum,
I have lately been wondering whether it would make sense to buy a colema board or similar home colonic irrigation equipment, or if the high enema is just as good as any of these.
If I understand correctly, when using the colema board, the tube (or whatever it's called) is only inserted a few inches, whereas when doing a high enema, the tube (which is much longer) is inserted much deeper. The other difference seems to be that when using the colema board, far more water is being used as opposed to the high enema. - So I am asking myself, which system is cleaning out the colon better?
If someone has the money to buy a colema board, should he go for it or is a high enema just as effective?
I have also stumbled across the 'Pinkboard' (
http://www.pinkboard.co.uk/). - From my first impression, it seems to be identical with the colema board. The pinkboard would be better shipping-wise, since it's based in Europe, like me.
Any ideas/experiences about what system is best to clean out the colon?
Thanks and many greetings,
Solmare
