yeah, but if you integrate dietary changes into your life and try a fast or two especially, you will find that you don't want to eat those things any more. The only time I do now is if I've had alchohol, which makes me crave meat and dairy, but that is an imbalance that could be counteracted by not drinking alcohol.
But I always say we do the best we can! Even Buddha would eat meat if he was a guest at a friend's house.
