I've never heard that (or anything else negative) about Cascara Sagrada. But i think you might have a point! I used the herb for about 8 months straight, 6 tablets a day (hoping to clear Acne w/out results). But my biomeridian lady to me that my small intestine was "angry and very unhappy". Although I didn't understand I have since stopped using it.
