Bentonite clay is very useful, but I've heard that it shouldn't be used long term. There are two types of fiber, soluble and insoluble,and must be in proper balance. Do NOT use Cascara Sagrada or Senna, they are dehydrating and harsh on the intestine. Dr. Schulze is good, but that's one thing I hold against him, he uses both and is out of step.
