how do you detox fluoride and old drug residues, etc.? Just Iodine? I'm wondering if there is something I can do before starting on the Iodine to have an easier time of it. I used to consume plenty of fluoride, used all the dental products, etc., and for quite a few years, before I learned about natural health, I took a lot of pharmaceuticals for headaches and sleep problems. What a dark road that was...

Do you know of a shower filter model that removes fluoride? I don't think mine does.
