Re: Please advise re. multiple gastro problems
Naturalist, thank you for sharing some of your own health history. I hope you're making good progress and finding freedom in good health. Although you don't like discussing it, it really is an encouragement to others to know that others are getting through similar challenges.
He attempted a
Liver Flush recently, but couldn't tolerate the epsom salt/grapefruit mixture. I'm sure the olive oil and grapefruit dose would have been even worse, LOL. We'll be trying humaworm
parasite cleanse as soon as we have some cash available for it. It sounds like a very comprehensive cleanse. There's no doubt that he needs cleansing and building up of the organs.
Grains and refined foods went out the window months ago when he couldn't eat anything but watermelon. Even before he was sick he tended to be a salad guy, and didn't eat much in the way of junk food. From there we went to Jordan Rubin's Guts and Glory program and he showed some improvement on the chicken soup for a time, but became intolerant. Most recently we went to smoothies made of raw, organic hemp seed protein, rice milk, raw eggs and raw, organic, extra virgin coconut oil, plus steamed veggies and a simple hamburger patty (natural beef) each day. Oh, and plain goat yogurt. He seemed to be okay, or at least maintaining the progress he had made, with this diet for a time, but once he went back to work the stress and schedule made it hard to maintain the calm, measured schedule he had developed for eating, sleeping and using the bathroom. (That was when the throat constriction thing started up.) The commute, the feeling of inadequacy due to inability to focus and produce what he felt was expected of him, the physical weakness, etc. - I'm sure you know what I'm talking about, since you went through it, too. Anyway, the fact that he has long ago eliminated all questionable foods makes this harder to accept - he should be making great strides, if diet means anything at all. I did buy a juicer last night and he was able to drink a glass of carrot and fresh aloe vera juice. I'm hoping he can increase his juice intake each day and get those nutrients in him that way.
I'm planning to start making kefir for him, and am wondering if kombucha is another good one to try. He does take omega 3s.
We can't afford to do anything about the chlorine in our shower water at this point, but hopefully soon. I've been reading about the h202 bath, and want to try that with him. I'm hearing about
Iodine supplementation, but need to read more to see where to get it and how to use it.
I downloaded the emofree info you gave and will be reading the free booklet they offer. Thanks for that, too.
I don't know anything about hyperbaric oxygen or ozonated water, but will look those up.
I really appreciate the time you took to make these recommendations and to share your story.
God bless you, too, and may your healing be speedy!
