Re: oil pulling is not fixing my gum problems

There is a great product called Ipsab by heritage products. They have a mouthwash but that is not what I am talking about - The one I am referring to comes in a 2 oz. bottle and is very concentrated - it is made from prickly ash bark and also has a form of Iodine in it. (1% Iodide trichloride) I don't know much about Iodine but this ipsab stuff works! It is so healing to the gums and I use it along with the oil pulling now - but before I learned about oil pulling I would use it on my gums if they were bleeding and it would always heal them quickly - so you might want to try it in conjunction - I am doing both and I have absolutely no bleeding any more - I'm thinking that whatever is in it might speed up the healing process a bit - you can get it at some health food stores.
