Re: i supose my iodine tincture wont do? i dont have lugol yet nm
Hi Tina,
Sometimes if I use coconut oil for a couple of weeks I'll get some gum pain or tooth sensitivity. I sort of switch between different oils and come back every so often to the basic protocol's suggestion of sunflower or sesame. Although one frustrating thing about OP is that there can be a lack of consistency from user to user so what provokes a reaction from me might not from you, etc.
I had a terrible mouth sore last fall after beginning to add a small amount of oregano oil to whatever base oil I was using. I think it "pushed" (or pulled..) a lot of stuff out as it is a potent anti-bug agent. Then it went away after a couple of weeks and has not returned.
If I knew then what I have learned over the past year it would be to step up on liver and kidney cleansing, because if those filters aren't working then the body is going to send the crap out through the skin or mouth, in our case -- and that, as you probably know now, can be excruciating. I seriously wanted to be checked into the hospital when I had the sore as it was pushing me to a brink of madness I have never known before.
Hope you are feeling better and that your boyfriend is well, too -- and hi to everyone. I have taken the summer off of the computer by and large because it triggers migraine, but hope to be back full-time soon. I really felt the absence of my CZ friends those couple of months -- missed you all! And of course especially OPers....
