Wow...what an educational Q & A session. Terrific. I have been doing 2oz wheatgrass shots every morning (at least 4 days each week for sure) for the last 8 months or more and I have to say, I haven't felt better....more energy, exercise is more productive, haven't even had the sniffles, etc. So, I am well aware of the benefits of this.
I do have a couple of questions though...in this thread you mentioned to take it with lemon juice. Well at the juice place where I usually get it daily becuase it is organic there (Robeks) they tell me that it is best if it is taken on an empty stomach and not to eat or drink anything for 5 - 15 minutes afterwards, particularly to avoid citrus! Then of course at the other juice place, (Jamba) where it is not organic, they serve it with a slice of orange. So, what is your take on this?? Empty stomach? Avoiding citrus?
