Re: Wheatgrass and barley grass questions

start with small amounts of the grass juice, then work your way up. it can be harsh on the stomach so you might want to mix it with apple and lemon juice. the lemon takes some of the bitterness out of the grass juice. work up to taking as much as you can tolerate and/or grow.

you can also take a small amount and mix with as much water as you think you will drink in one day and then sip that water all day long, add some liquid minerals and the juice from a slice of lemon and you will have a super energizing jolt with every sip.

i don't know of any research on natural grass juice, if you find some please post it here as i would be very interested in reading about it. of course there is little financial incentive to letting people know all the grass they need is grwong in their yard!! although i will say the taste of natural grass widely varies, some of it is quite sweet, some very bitter, it all depends on growing condiitons.

here is a product that everyone raves about, i don't know if they ship to where you live, this product is sold elsewhere also.
