Re: Luella
"It just wasn't meant to be" and statements of this sort are nothing but a cop out for people that have not realized their dream. They have given up.
The Law of Attraction is different for each individual, as it is a very personal thing. We work at our own pace. I don't know how old you are, but let me give you an example. For thirty years I felt that I was trapped in a working world that I hated. I merely existed but always held on to the thought of one day being self employed and working from home where I would have quality of life. Through a series of circumstances that began back in 2001, I now have my dream. It just happened, sort of evolved. Not that I have an easy life. On the contrary, I am responsible for my food and keeping a roof over my head and keeping track of the taxes and so on. Yet, I am happy working on my own and with clients in an unstructured environment.
Your dream may not just manifest itself (or it might) but it may be a series of events leading up to it. The challenge that keeps on coming up may also be a step in your dream becoming a reality. You don't know. So don't give up. Just shrug it off and enjoy life, be positive.
I will give you an example of what seemed like the Law of Attraction going awry and this happened in the length of one week. My son had just seen The Secret. As he was unhappy at his job, he visualized the job that he would like. That Monday, he went to work and got fired. A bit delusioned, he looked for a job. That Friday he had the job that he had envisioned.
As you are happy and positive and enjoy life, you will see that more and more wonderful opportunities just appear, because you are attracting good things. This is the Law of Attraction. Whatever you do,. don't give up and go back to negative thinking.
Hugs,
Luella
