It is very interesting keeping track of thoughts and seeing how they manifest. While I wasn't even trying I manifested a table for my office. Free. Just by visualizing and relaxing.
In harnessing the Law of Attraction, don't get upset when the same "challenge" comes up, or if something negative enters your life. Instead of reacting, just notice it, shrug your shoulders and go on. Continue to focus on what you want. Don't get discouraged. Maintain a positive outlook throughout the day and night, so that you may attract positive things. Don't worry. Worry is enemy number #1.
A very good exercise that I use is pretending I am a magnet while I attract what I want. Feel your goal careening towards you. One very important thing though. When opportunity presents itself, grab it. Don't let it slip on by.
