I got a prescription of NASACORT ( nasal spray pump for allergies). Dumped all the contents and filled with 3% HP and use that to spray my mouth and under the tongue, whenever I get an allergy attack.( sneezing and post nasal drip)

The allergy attack is stopped in minutes and I feel energized. I am going to continue with the pump, and then maybe invest in a vaporizer/nebulizer later, if I am really satisfied with results.

So far, I am really happy with my HP spray. It has brought my allergies so much under control...
