Thanks. I posted a video abt Bill inhaling the H2O2. I just want to hear story of someone actually doing it and what were his/her health benefits.

BTW, there are some 3% H2O2 sold without stabilizers. We just have to read the labels carefully. If I try this method, I think I would dilute it further to 1%. I am still looking for a nasal pump. Cant seem to find it in stores.
