Hey, I have trouble with my co-workers too, however, I just look at that as office politics. I've worked a lot of different jobs, I've found pretty much there is always some smoothy talking his way out of working and the bosses love them and are blind to fact that they aren't working while their standing there talking to them. Then there are those who just seem to want to make the job harder than it has to be. But since I've been working since the 70's, I noticed a distinct change in the administrations attitude toward the labor force. You may not have noticed but the bread and butter of industry is now looked upon as the chaff of desperate profits. If you check your news, every once in a while you might see a report of an injured worker at a plant. But fact is that 100's of Americans are being killed through industrial incompetence every year. Safety in the work place is no longer a part of the top ten priority projects anymore. The reason you don't get the news on that matter is that diversified mega-corps own the media and they are diliberately slanting the news to make slaves of us all!
