Oh man, was it good to get rid of that bondage! Yeah, I'm free!
I replaced my cigarettes with water, everytime I felt the urge, I drank a glass of water. Sometimes, I would take vit c when the urge hit. Oh, and peppermint candies. [I know candies are bad and full of sugar, but they are way better then cigarettes]
