Food Wash Suggestions

Hi!

Here are some suggestions on how to get rid of parasites in food. Dr. Clark has a "food zapper" but I have no idea how effective it is against parasites.

REVITALIZING FOOD WITH CHLOROX
On top of that we eat dead food. We are living in big buildings and cities, and by the time we get the food there is no life force in it. A lot of the organic produce is grown in the basin of southern California near where I live, and the air quality there is not good. So even organic food is not good. Hazel Purcells who was 106 years old when I knew her, said that we have to clean up our food, energize it and give it life force. She used to place her food in a bath made with water and Chlorox. Some people advocate using hydrogen peroxide to wash food, but Hazel said not to use anything but Chlorox because it would not work. Chlorox and water is a tremendous oxidizing agent, tremendous detoxifier, and that is exactly what it does with proteins, vegetables and fruits. You are getting rid of all the pollutants and parasites. If pesticides permeate the whole vegetable you have to draw them out, and that is what Chlorox does. It makes no sense to go on a parasite cleanse and then eat food that is going to give you parasites.

THE CHLOROX FOOD BATH
Ideally, separate the fruits and vegetables, and separate the protein and eggs from everything else. Use half a teaspoon of Chlorox per gallon of water, soak the food for 10 or 20 minutes, and then rinse it. I also put 10 to 15 drops of a homeopathic remedy in the rinse called Chemfree, which has homeopathic Chlorox in it to pull out any residual Chlorox in the rinse water. Chlorox is not sold in Canada. It is an American product. (Note: in Canada we have Javex which is also sodium hypochlorite like Chlorox. Do not use Chlorox or Javex with perfumes or additives).

H202 FOOD WASH
Unfortunately, I didn’t capture the link when I came across this. My apologies! -- DD
Vegetable soak: Add 1/4 cup to a full sink of cold water. Soak light-skinned (like lettuce) 20 minutes, thicker skinned (like cucumbers) 30 minutes. Drain, dry and refrigerate. Prolongs freshness. If time is a problem, spray vegetables (and fruits) with a solution of 3%. Let stand for a few minutes, rinse and dry.

Leftover tossed salad: Spray with a solution of 1/2 cup water and 1 Tbsp. 3%. Drain, cover and refrigerate.

To freshen kitchen: Keep a spray bottle in the kitchen. Use it to wipe off counter tops and appliances. It will disinfect and give the kitchen a fresh smell. Works great in the refrigerator and kid's school lunch boxes.

Marinade: Place meat, fish, or poultry in a casserole (avoid using aluminum pans). Cover with hydrogen peroxide. Place loosely covered in refrigerator for 1/2 hour. Rinse and cook.

In the dishwasher: Add 2 ozs to your regular washing formula.

Sprouting seeds: Add 1 oz. to a pint of water and soak the seeds overnight. Add the same amount of hydrogen peroxide each time you rinse the seeds.

Other Facts about H202:
Use 35% H202 and dilute to approx 3-7% for vegs/fruits - the drug store H202 (in brown bottle) have added chemicals to it and better for external use. Be careful of your supplier! Eden is suppose to be a good supplier -

"6 fluid ounces of the 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide is equivalent to 2 quarts of 3%..." - Dr. Donsbach.

The 3% hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) available in grocery stores and drug stores contains stabilizers (such as phenol, acetanilide, sodium stanate and Tetrasodium phosphate). This hydrogen peroxide is for external use only, not for internal consumption. It is OK for brushing the teeth, gargling and as a mouth wash, providing you rinse your mouth after.

The 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide is for internal consumption and can be diluted for intravenous application. See oxygen therapy international doctor and clinic list -

** Other grades of hydrogen peroxide include 6% used by beauticians and contains bleach, 30-32% electronic grade used for washing electronic parts, 35% technical grade which contains a small amount of phosphorous, and 90% used as a source of oxygen in rocket fuel.
