Re: Why is vitamin B-12 dangerous?

Had my last Amalgams removed 52 days ago, took A,B,C,E vitamins, green tea extract, an ALA tablet every 3-4 days, have lost weight, appeared better, walked miles a day then got a job after being out of work most of the past two years. Just started my second week on the job. Had not felt as good in many months. Was worried that I was starting back to work without more recovery. To tell you the truth my coworkers were not totally well, nor perfect in memory and action, yet had to work for a living with difficulty also. The B vitamins were good for the liver. Just because you think you had a bad experience with a B vitamin does not mean that everyone should not take it. B-12 is essential for the brain and nervous system, without it the brain might die.
