Herpes connected to arterial blockage/ heart attacks???

In all my extensive research on herpes I only read that herpes is totally innocent, just annoying but not life threatening disease.
Now I was reseraching Wobenzym, an enzyme supplement that is supposed to help against herpes, inflamation etc, and on the list of benefits they mention that it helps with arterial blockage caused by herpes. I have never heard of arterial blockage caused by herpes until now. Is it possible?
On further reading it also said herpes increased a heart attack risk. Anybody heard of that before?
I am getting myself all worried again, I have just begun to accept this (it's only been 2 weeks since I got it) and now this information makes me all paranoid.
