Re: Parasite cleanse and Liver cleanse

If I remember correctly, in Hulda Clark 's book, she says to do at least 20 days of the parasite cleanse (with the herbal tincture), prior to doing a liver flush, otherwise it may not be as successful and may make you sick. Her total parasite cleanse calls for 2 weeks on, 1 week off, 2 weeks on, then once every 2 weeks for maintenance. So, in regards to the flush, you should do 14 days of the herbal tincture, wait a week, then do the liver flush, and don't forget to go back to the final 14 days of the herbals after the flush. Also, as far as zapping, she says in her book that zapping does not get deep into the intestines or organs, so I would think it is still necessary to do the herbal cleansing in order to get the critters out of the intestines and liver and spleen, etc. Good luck.
