For your information, Whenever a message is placed on a "public" forum anyone and everyone can read it and post a response. For you to state that is is none of anyone's business is completely false especially when it isn't a private email. You should have taken the time to find out the phone# or email. Everyone who has placed an order has access to this info. If you don't want your message to seem angry or confrontational I would suggest that you don't write so many words in ALL CAPS.
