INCORRECT order!


I wrote to HumaWorm before I placed my order over a week ago. I asked if there was a "pet" special, since he had a discounted "family version" on his site. You told me that you would send me the pet wormer free with my order of two adult wormers. http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=952622#i I also asked that my adult orders be made with NO Licorice, and NO Fenugreek, as my husband and I both have problems with these two herbs. You told me that you could make my order "special" for me without those two ingredients, and for me to place my order, and then email you with the instructions. I placed my order last week,and immedietely emailed you, giving my name and how I needed the "special" order. I got my order, and opened it a few minutes ago (yeah, I couldn't wait to open it!), and my order is INCORRECT. Not only is there NO pet wormer included, but the ingredients state that both wormers contain both Licorice and Fenugreek. So neither me nor my husband can take it! :( Can I get a refund of my money, or my order sent to me CORRECTLY, with no additional charge? I specifically asked, and also emailed these instructions to you and was told that it would be handled like I asked. Thanks HumaWorm! I really need to do this cleanse, and hope this won't take too long!
