Thanks Anxious1, I've only recently started discovering the conflict between orthodox vs alternative cancer treatments, and it has occured to me too that there must be some middle ground.
It just doesn't make sense to me that chemo is ALWAYS a bad idea or that alternative treatments are ALWAYS a bad idea; there seems to be a lot of evidence for the effectiveness of both. When people write off a whole medical school of thought like that, it just reeks of close-mindedness and blindly defending one's "team".
That's why I've been most interested in alternative treatments that can work alongside orthodox methods such as surgery or chemo.
