I never thought he'd respond, but this is what he said:

contributions by others." I haven't written this article, I only
archived it.
Imagine if I had to constantly change things because someone emailed me
telling me something is wrong.
If you want to post your story, I can do it - let me know what you
prefer. Alternatively you can contact the author and ask them to fix the
FAQ, and I'll update the archive."
I'm not looking for the story of my wife or my article on ozone to get attention. I just want the false information to get removed, and preferably a retraction on his site. So I have mixed emotions. He won't retrack it I'm sure, but I guess if he's willing to publish the story of my wife, that's a small victory. What do you think? What would you do?
