I would can the supplements. I had hayfever all my life from when I was a kid. (ragweed too, and grass) The way I stopped it was spraying H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) on my face after showering. After turning all my hair a lighter color, I thought hey I wonder if I can just spray it on my hand and wipe it on my face, (especially the nasal passages) and sure enough it's worked so far this year. i just use the stuff from Wal-Mart. (3%) Also you will find you will hardly ever get a cold or the flu by doing that too.

The first time my wife had cancer we used a $350 generator that wasn't medical. It worked though! The second time it was a medical generator. The first one blew up and I don't reccomend it, but the second on was from plasmafire.com (The beta model)

My wife is pretty picky. She won't drink or inhale H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) so far at least. She does brush her teeth with it if she gets a cut or infection. She washes it out really well after using it. Tweet
