I'm trying to find out if this is normal since I've called the doctor's office with certain concerns and keep being told everything is fine. It may well be but I need a second opinion on this one:
I had my vasectomy six days ago and was told that the pain should be mild. Well, the first day it was anything but mild but it has gotten much better since. The thing that's concerning me now is that my testicles appear to be raised after the procedure, especially the right one which is raised and protruding outward. The doctor had a hard time finding the Vas on the right side during the procedure. The area has been very tender and I've been very careful in handling and washing my testicles since. I got a goodfeel around tonight and discovered that my testicles are raised to the extent that I have a good bit of flesh at the bottom of my sac that isn't holding anything anymore. Is this just normal swelling that should right itself after a week or two or should I insist on seeing the doctor for an exam?
