I would suggest ISO Whey but that can stimulate the release of toxins and make him feel much worse at the beginning.

Before I could take a full ISO Whey shake I needed to a lot of water soluble fiber first,

Until you can make yogurt the SCD way you may need to look for raw milk or at least Colostrum.
