Care to live dangerously?

Best guess is there’s a 25% chance you’ve been bromine poisoned.

The debilitating fatigue, the headaches indicate this.

The bladder problems, elevated heart rate and high blood pressure are most likely secondary symptoms caused by low salt levels due to the body attempting to dump the bromine on an almost continual .

I really suggest you do the ortho Iodine supplementation protocol here on CZ.

If you want a fast verification there are two things you might get up the nerve to try.

They are not without risks.

The SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) would be of major benefit to you.

Because of your high blood pressure and beliefs (The medical thing about salt and HBP), you might think this dangerous.

But if you are bromine poisoned, this should eliminate the headaches and possibly take care of the bladder problem.

Abet temporally.

Second, try a betadine douche when you don’t have a headache.

If bromine poisoned, the intake of Iodine should cause a detox headache with perhaps major fatigue.

(Unless you're willing to do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) afterward to eliminate the bromine and thus the detox reactions....DON'T DO IT!)

But, doing either one of these at least tells us if this is a concern or not.

That’s my best shot kiddo.

To Your Great Health,

PS If you’re old enough, 10-2-4, loved it, still drink the diet occasionally....;-)
