For starters
I believe you are toxic. I see that from the headaches, constipation and hypertension. Do not stop your meds, but let's devise a plan to slowly get you off them. I got off antidepressants, diabetic medication, and high blood pressure medication. I took 10 pills every day.
For starters, I would take
Sea Salt , which will help your headaches and high blood pressure. Put enough
Sea Salt in warm or hot water to make it taste like broth.Take two cups in the morning and two cups at night. Follow each cup with at least one full cup of water, more if possible. Salt will help your headaches, hypertension, and constipation. It should even help your cystitis. Try to drink as close to a gallon of water a day as you can. Drink lemon juice in water every morning; add stevia if you like.
Secondly, no matter what your diet is, change it. For example, if you are eating grains, eliminate them and begin on protein and vegetables (I get very tired on starches, grains and fruit). If you are a meat and potato girl, become a vegetarian for a couple of months (not more). If you are not getting enough protein (very common in depression), eat a can of tuna and see if you don't feel immediately better. All food should be fresh, with almost nothing from a can, box or the store's freezer section. No sugar, caffeine or anything you would consider "junk food." No fast food. Stevia should be your only sweetener.
Third, get your blood
Sugar checked. If you are tired all the time it is because sugar, or metals, or bromide, or other toxins are circulating in your blood. Rule out sugar.
Start reading the
Iodine supplementation forum. I took
Iodine for three months before I was able to get off my meds. Getting off meds is a step, but only a first step. You would be a good candidate for
Iodine because you have some cleansing under your belt.
Your goal is to have three bowel movements per day, rain, shine, high water, whatever. Get a good calcium/magnesium supplement or take
Epsom Salts for magnesium.Take both magnesium and Vitamin C to bowel tolerance. You have to become a manager of your bowels. Constipation is your enemy.
Move as you can, a little here, a little there.
I have always had an elevated heart rate. Many years ago I went on a diet of meat and fruit, and my resting pulse went from 88 to 64. For the last five years, my heart rate has been around 100. It is now 76. I credit salt, iodine, and being able to get off my meds.
If you will try just these things for 30 days, I am sure you will feel hope again. There are a lot of us here that will help you, if you are willing and able. It takes a real commitment, but if you have done cleanses, you can find that commitment again.
Try it. You will love it!
